Apply to Lead

NextGEN exists, in part, to develop leaders. If you’re interested in getting more involved and furthering your leadership skills, consider applying to serve on the NextGEN Leadership Team. This group works together to lead each of the Action Teams (Grow, Learn, Inspire and Connect) as well as to oversee the overall programming offered by NextGEN.

The Leadership Team requires you to bring your vision, your voice, and your strengths to help build the organization. The time commitment requires at least a 1.5-2 hour monthly team meeting, monthly meetings with your Action Team, as well as the expectation that our Leadership Team be present whenever possible during NextGEN programming and events. The Leadership Team supports our NextGEN Ambassadors in welcoming and orienting members and building on the connection between the Billings Chamber and NextGEN.
