NextGEN offers two specific programs encouraging our membership to lead one another in professional growth and development.

Cahoots

A weekly opportunity to connect with fellow NextGEN members and explore a topic through a presenter or group discussion. All NextGEN members may attend this meeting as part of the membership. The group is led by two moderators who commit to creating content and ensuring lively, productive discourse takes place. Moderators serve for six months, with these seats changing every July and January.

Ambassadors

A part of the Grow Action Team that serves as the welcoming representatives of the entire group. Ambassadors check-in with new and/or existing members to ensure they’re utilizing their memberships and understand all that is available to them through NextGEN. They also help connect new members to others so that each person has the best experience possible through NextGEN.
