Cahoots and Ambassadors

NextGEN offers two specific programs encouraging our membership to lead one another in professional growth and development.

Cahoots is a weekly opportunity to connect with fellow NextGEN members and explore a topic through a presenter or group discussion. All NextGEN members may attend this meeting as part of the membership. The group is led by two moderators who commit to creating content and ensuring lively, productive discourse takes place. Moderators serve for six months, with these seats changing every July and January.

NextGEN Ambassadors are part of the Grow Action Team and serve as the welcoming representatives of the entire group. Ambassadors check-in with new and/or existing members to ensure they’re utilizing their memberships and understand all that is available to them through NextGEN. They also help connect new members to others so that each person has the best experience possible through NextGEN.

NextGEN Cahoots/Ambassadors Application

  • Serving on Cahoots requires a minimum commitment of 2 hours per week including travel time to the meeting each Friday as well as the meeting itself. This is shared with another moderator. Serving as an ambassador usually requires 3-4 hours a month to meet with or talk with new members. Are you able to commit the time to serve as either a moderator for Cahoots or as an Ambassador for NextGEN?
